Most childcare centers and preschools have emergency documentation. Very few have systems their staff can confidently apply under pressure. There is a meaningful difference between the two. PreparedCare Co. was built to close that gap by an ER physician and mother who knows exactly what execution looks like when a child's life depends on it.

Our work is advisory and observational. We review your existing materials, assess your systems, and deliver a written report identifying findings with suggestions that give your leadership a clearer picture of where your facility stands.

How we work with you

Each childcare medical emergency preparedness engagement is scoped to your facility's current readiness level and specific needs.

Medical Emergency Readiness Review
An observational review of your facility's medical emergency preparedness systems, documentation, equipment, and protocols. Delivered as a written report identifying findings and areas for internal review.
Implementation Support
An add-on engagement following your review. PreparedCare Co. provides operational tools and suggestions to assist your facility in addressing gaps identified during the review.
Staff Readiness Observation
PreparedCare Co. observes, on-site or via video conference, a staff-run medical emergency scenario facilitated by your facility director. A written observation report is delivered describing what was observed and areas for internal review.
Annual Readiness Partnership
A yearly support structure designed to keep your facility current. Includes quarterly scenario prompts your director can use at staff meetings, a six-month check-in and review, and one annual Staff Readiness Observation at your facility.

A 30-minute call to understand your facility size, staff structure, and current readiness baseline. No commitment required.

Document Assessment
Before your review begins, you share your existing protocols, policies, and documentation. We assess what is on paper so we arrive prepared.
Step 03
Readiness Review
The on-site or virtual session where we observe your physical environment, equipment, and systems in practice. This is where the written picture meets reality.
Step 04
Report & Recommendations
Written findings and recommendations delivered promptly after your review. For package clients, implementation support is available as an add-on.
